WHY AND HOW WE REBRANDED
As more teams work partially or fully remotely, battling the global talent shortages combined with record low retention rates, new requirements for HR departments have emerged. Finding the right recruiting and HR partner at the right time has become increasingly important for businesses to survive and thrive. Since the beginning of our journey in 2018, we've worked hard to empower better HR partnerships, and we're constantly innovating to help businesses scale teams, services, and products faster through the right people, HR setup, and workplace culture. From today, our brand conveys that too.
OUR NEW IDENTITY AND A NEED FOR (MORE) IMPACT
We’re excited to share our new strong and clear visual identity for DIMPACT. We’ve got a fresh logo, typeface, colors, and a meaningful brand name. The word "DIMPACT" is created by the words "Drive" and "Impact", which reflect our core purpose and brand essence: we exist to drive impact for and with our HR talent community to empower better HR partnerships.
As a young high-growth company, we are constantly evolving, and so is our brand. Our designs were originally limited to a few colors and styles. With our new look, we broaden our colors, style, and increase consistency to better reflect where our business is today. Our logo option with a tagline helps us clearly communicate who we are and what we offer.
We wanted to illustrate how we approach recruiting and HR partnerships differently by connecting and empowering both businesses and HR professionals. We are particularly proud of how that’s captured in our logo mark’s design elements. If you look at the two D’s that face each other: representing collaboration, trust, and unity - that’s how we enable business growth and shape the future of on-demand HR support and careers.
COLORS, STYLE, AND TYPOGRAPHY
We're saying "goodbye" to our old style, and welcoming some brand-new changes to DIMPACT. Introducing our new logo, logomark, fonts, colors, and overall style that are easy to spot in all of our online and offline communications.
The DIMPACT color palette reflects our brand personality: we are professional, trustworthy, smart, innovative, friendly, and spirited. With our deep, soothing dark blue and clean white, we show off our professional and innovative side. While our bright, fresh, and warm colors like peach, orange, red coral, and pink express our friendly and spirited side.
You’ll see ‘’D’’ patterns and shapes in use throughout our website and marketing materials. It represents our brand name, and simply just looks cool.
We wanted a clean, modern, and easy-to-read typeface, so we chose Nexa, a pure sans-serif typeface that is simple and neutral. The round shapes and wavy illustrations go well together, and it works well for both headings and body copy.
EMBRACING CHANGE AND INNOVATION
Our HR talent marketplace is a new way to think about recruitment and HR partnerships. It gives businesses access to independent world-class HR talent for their most important and urgent recruitment and HR projects.
